F**k those GSU cops. They need to be castrated too. Wajinga wao! How can they beat up that unarmed teen like that

I am against crime, but this kind of brutality should not be condoned at all. This is not coercion nor interrogation; this is pure brutality and I think GSU should just be disbanded. And what kind of man would brutalize another man’s private parts like this. I guess this brute is one of those wimpy Kenyan men who get battered by their wives at home but go out there to vent their battered egos on other men. Such GSU wimps should be fired, locked in jail, and the key thrown away!

100% human right violation while the nation is watching. All the officers involved in this beating should be fired and jailed period

This man was a SUSPECTED cattle thief. Has not even been proven guilty just a suspect and these bastards treat him like this. The entire GSU squad should be put under the jail for this merciless act. What the hell. It is stuff like this that makes the west continue to think we are nothing but savages. Sad.

This is just outright wrong assaulting a helpless boy while taunting him and I bet our local stations will give all the airtime to Politicians like Ruto and Moi .This is a Kenyan like everyone else ,He should be on the front page of every news paper in Kenya .Think of the trauma this boy sustained & will now live with for the rest of his life?? Brutes!! ,I have been victimized 3 times by Kenyan Police and I’m very bitter even tho it happened last in 98 .hope someone will fire and parade this individuals then all of them including the by standing ones should face assault & battery charges ,I truly hope someone in power is compelled to take action against them.

and when this orphans, jobless, hungry improvised youth turn against all of us, we call them Terrorist.
Do some of us just stop and think what consequences such acts from men in uniform can generate
      negativism in the Islamic circles?
Saitoti or whoever is internal minister should take Fully Responsibility & Resign.
Never should we have such acts of hooliganism from a maina wachakuchapa yeye makende again!!

THIS IS SO SAD THAT IN THIS CENTURY OUR FORCES IN KENYA SHOULD GET AWAY WITH SUCH BRUTALITY AS IF WE DO NOT HAVE A CAPABLE GOVERNMENT.I BELIEVE THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM SHOULD BE HONOURED TO HANDLE SUCH MATTERS.ONE SHOULD BE DEEMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY BY THE LAW OF THE LAND.THOSE GSU OFFICERS SHOULD NEVER HAVE TAKEN THE LAW IN THEIR HANDS.THEY SHOULD HAVE HANDED HIM OVER TO THE POLICE WHO COULD HAVE THEN PROCESSED CHARGES AGAINST HIM FOR THE COURT TO DECIDE. COULD I KINDLY ASK THE RELEVANT AUTHORITY TO ADDRESS THIS MATTER AS IT REALLY SPOILS KENYA’ IMAGE BOTH AT HOME AND INTERNATIONALLY..

I think we need to address the main root cause of all these cases of violence and in my opinion we have as society relied on archaic ways to discipline. There are many ways to resolve issues but we keep teaching our kids over and over that violence is a solution and then we now have wife /husband beaters and child abusers ..this acts will keep happening until people learn or are taught other ways to be heard and to enforce structures.violence begets more violence and this primitive GSUs had someone instill in them the same your hear him dismiss diplomacy with such contempt ati “hio peleka Israel”.The minute you beat a child, you only teaching him how to resolve problems in his entire life

Does anyone knows how to get in contact with the ministry of internal security? May be “we the people” need to take matters into our own hands and deal with these GSU since the government has failed us and is fighting with us and not fighting for us!! This is only one reported case. I am sure several incidences have gone unreported. This boy does not deserve this treatment…just wondering may be they are mad over the oil found in Turkana…

As I join in condemning this brutal act, may I also thank and praise from the bottom of my heart one seemingly sympathetic officer who can be heard in the background continuously pleading with his colleagues to go easy on the poor lad, you can even hear him remonstrating with his boss at the end of it all telling them respectfully what they are doing is wrong. Shows not ALL GSU men are bad , some have their humanity intact, in fact I think he’s the one who recorded the episode with his phone, A BIG THANK YOU TO THAT UNKNOWN OFFICER, GOD BLESS YOU. To all the others, remember what goes round comes around.

Kiptoo or Poko or may be both mentioned that earlier. I think it was kiptoo who said this kind of unyama turns people to ————– wauaji .{ terrorists} Im afraid I have got to agree with Kiptoo this time. I have problem watching the video and this is not my child being beaten. Should this be my child, Life would be meaningless.

We should never let this just go. This video should go viral and possibly rekindle the fire to retake our country from insensitive politicians who direct these officers

Yaani waPokot kazi yao ni kuumizwa tu. Anything short of an inquiry will not do in this case. Where is the G7 ama kazi yao ni maombi ya Hague? Where is the Prime Minister–the former fugitive who knows what suffering in the hands of the police is? Where is the President–ama kazi tu ni kufanya reshuffle ya upuzi? We must retake Kenya.
